DOUBLE PRIMARY – THE PATTERN OF CARE, AND EPIDEMIOLOGY: EXPERIENCE FROM A TERTIARY CANCER CARE CENTER

Results: total registered cases one decade at institute was 25,638 among them were 41 (0.16%). Twenty-two (59%) 19 (41%) primary. most common head neck region (38 %) followed by lung, esophagus (13% each), least colon (<1%). In case primary, mean interval (the devolvement) 7.4 years range 2–19 years. majority patients treated curative intention.
